You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and help drive transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making while supporting ongoing digitalization and automation initiatives. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Drive OPEX follow-up and analyze actuals versus budget and forecast Support monthly closing, forecasting, and estimate processes Prepare, maintain, and improve reports, dashboards, and financial analyses Structure, cleanse, and improve data quality and data management processes Support initiatives related to reporting automation and digital transformation Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools Collaborate with multiple teams to improve business performance and reporting capabilities Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance and controlling 👤 Who We Are Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or similar roles Strong interest in business performance, analytics, and data-driven decision-making Good understanding of financial concepts such as P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset Proactive approach and willingness to learn an
