Project Manager

Turning Point Global Solutions is seeking an experienced ProjectManager to lead the design, development, and deployment of a cloud-based system for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE). Prior experience with similar systems in state government environments is critical to the success of this position.     The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the TurningPoint development/delivery team, owning all aspects of project governance, Agile execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the period of performance (POP).   Location:  Hybrid; Baltimore, Maryland
