You Are: A detail\-oriented consultant who is passionate about helping organizations become more resilient. You bring a solid foundation in security fundamentals and strategy execution, with incident response and crisis management experience preferred, and you are eager to deepen that expertise through hands\-on client delivery. You work closely supporting senior advisors to execute cyber resilience engagements and produce high\-quality deliverables that earn client trust. The Work: * Support the end\-to\-end delivery of IR readiness engagements under the guidance of the Crisis Readiness Manager, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and of the highest quality * Develop and maintain crisis readiness deliverables including readiness playbooks, response plans, and assessment reports tailored to client environments * Assist in the design and facilitation of crisis readiness simulations, tabletop exercises, and workshops, including scenario development, logistics coordination, participant briefings, and post\-exercise reporting * Lead workshops and client calls as needed, with support from senior team members * Support active incident response efforts by coordinating logistics, documenting decisions and actions, tracking workstreams, and preparing situation reports for senior stakeholders * Represent the practice with professionalism and adaptability in high\-stakes, c
