Job description

NorCal Physio is a performance\-driven, cash\-pay physical therapy clinic built around one idea: helping active people get out of pain, move well, and get back to doing what they love. We work with motivated clients in a quality\-over\-quantity setting where every plan of care is intentional and built around that person's goals. Our team is curious, driven, and passionate about what we do, and we're growing. We're hiring a full\-time Doctor of Physical Therapy who wants more than a caseload to churn through. This person will design individualized plans of care, build real client relationships, and take ownership of guiding people through the full arc of their recovery. Strong clinical skills matter, but so does the ability to communicate clearly, lead with confidence, and have honest conversations about progress. One to two years of experience is preferred, though we'll consider a newer grad with the right mindset and a background in performance or sport. This is a full\-time, 40\-hour position with 28 to 35 sessions per week and documentation time built into the schedule. Compensation starts at $99K\-120K. Benefits include a health/vision/dental allowance, continuing education budget, and license reimbursement, plus 2 weeks PTO in your first year. For the right person, there are also real opportunities to grow within the clinic as we expand. **Responsibilities** Plan of Care Design and Delivery * Develop individualized plans of care based on diagnosis, client goals, and initial response to treatment * Implement a combination of manual therapy and exercise based on clinical need * Utilize a structured internal framework while adapting to each client’s unique presentation Clinical Progress and Adaptation * Continuously assess progress toward functional and activity\-based goals * Identify when progress is stalling and take action to address it early * Adjust plan of care, frequency, or clinical approach as needed * Provide clear clinical reasoning for decision
