From household chores to specialized assistance, Manana is committed to making life easier and more enjoyable for people of all abilities. **Role Description** We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized, in\-home therapy services designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, functional independence, and overall quality of life for older adults and individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients in their homes. **Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in clients' homes * Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals, functional abilities, and clinical needs * Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, strength and balance interventions, and fall\-prevention strategies * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate * Educate clients and family members on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, and injury prevention * Collaborate with caregivers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to support client outcomes * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and client progress * Adhere to all applicable state regulations, professional standards, and HIPAA requirements **Qualifications** * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program * Minimum of three (3\) y
