Director FP&A & Strategic Finance EMEA

The Director FP\&A \& Strategic Finance EMEA is a key member of the EMEA Finance Leadership Team, serves as trusted advisor to the Regional Finance Officer and EMEA Leadership Team and acts as a senior leader within the EMEA Finance organization. The role is responsible for leading the regional Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) and taking a key role in all Strategic Finance activities across EMEA. The position provides strategic financial leadership to drive profitable growth, optimize resource allocation, improve financial transparency, and strengthen decision\-making across all countries within the region. This is a hands\-on individual contributor role, requiring a proactive, can\-do mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a lean team environment.
