More information about third-cycle studies at MDU https://www.mdu.se/en/malardalen-university/education/doctoral-education The doctoral position includes full-time employment as a doctoral student for the duration of the education, which corresponds to four years. Position description As a doctoral student, you will conduct research focusing on the development and application of AI-based methods for energy system analysis. The work includes integrating AI methods with energy system models as well as developing methods for transparency, explainability, and uncertainty management, with a particular focus on sustainable transition. The position also includes participation in teaching, for example through course modules and exercises. Supervision of student projects may be included.
