Overview: **Shifts Available:** Days **Employment Type:** Per Diem (PD/PRN) **Hours:** Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 6 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm **Location:** Providence Medical Center\- Kansas City, KS Join a dynamic, patient\-centered outpatient rehabilitation team where you’ll make a direct impact on patients’ recovery, mobility, and quality of life. As an **Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)**, you will work in a fast\-paced clinic environment treating a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post\-surgical, sports injury, and neurologic conditions. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive on building patient relationships, delivering evidence\-based care, and helping individuals return to optimal function through personalized treatment plans, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise. ***Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare:*** * Competitive compensation * Medical insurance benefit plan * 401K Responsibilities: ***Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):**** Perform in\-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals. * Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring strength, function, and mobility. * Facilitate physical therapy sessions using exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery. * Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively. * Provide guidance on exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes that support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries. * Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care.
