**About American Wellness Pharmacy** American Wellness Pharmacy (AWP) is a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in precision medicine, peptide therapy, and individualized patient wellness. We are looking for a technician who shows up with a positive attitude, is a team player, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow in a professional pharmacy environment. **Role Overview** The technician supports all front\-end pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision. Core focus is prescription processing, patient communication, order fulfillment, operating the POS, shipping, and inventory. With completed training, the role expands into cleanroom support for sterile and nonsterile compounding. Compounding experience is a plus but not required — AWP will train the right candidate. **Key Responsibilities** * **Prescription Processing:** Receive, review, and enter new/refill prescriptions into PioneerRx; verify all required fields; maintain accurate patient profiles; process changes, transfers, and prior auth requests. * **Patient \& Provider Communications:** Handle inbound calls from patients and prescribers; conduct intake calls; provide order/shipping updates; escalate clinical questions to the pharmacist. * **Order Fulfillment:** Pull, label, and package completed orders; verify all label details before application; prepare cold\-chain and controlled shipments; perform final completeness checks. * **Shipping \& Logistics:** Process outgoing shipments, print and attach labels, log tracking numbers, coordinate same\-day/next\-day deliveries, and manage shipping supply inventory. * **Inventory:** Receive and verify incoming orders against POs; stock using FIFO rotation across refrigerated
