Come be part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive everything we do! **Location:** Pittsburgh, PA **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform service of equipment including inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality including but not limited to chillers, fan coils, water source heat pumps, applied air handling units, rooftop units, cooling towers, and condenser tubes * Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring * Maintain and inspect equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks * Perform intermediate and advanced independent diagnostics, troubleshooting, pipefitting, and brazing of commercial HVAC equipment * Conduct warranty service application by independently inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality of all commercial HVAC equipment * Educate technical and non\-technical customers on proper use of equipment, maintenance schedule, and operating manual usage * Lead and participate in the rebuild and retrofit of commercial HVAC level units including the direction of apprentice level technicians through hands\-on demonstration of the necessary steps * Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner * Download programs into commercial HVAC equipment and Micro controllers an
