You will serve as the bridge between logistics operations and IT, ensuring seamless coordination, delivery, and user adoption of new tools and processes across a dynamic, fast\-paced supply chain environment. **Responsibilities:*** Manage end\-to\-end IT projects related to **WMS enhancements** and **logistics system integrations** * Gather business requirements and translate them into **technical system specifications** * Coordinate communication and alignment among project stakeholders (IT, logistics, business, and vendors) * Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure timelines, quality, and scope are respected * Oversee integration of logistics systems including **EDI interfaces** , ensuring smooth operations post\-go\-live * Provide clear and regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders * Drive user training and **adoption of new systems and processes** * Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables in line with company and industry standards **What we are looking for:*** 3 to 9 years of experience in **IT project management** , ideally within the **logistics** , **retail** , or **fashion** industries * Strong hands\-on experience working with **EDI interfaces** , **WMS platforms** , and **logistics system integration** * Solid understanding of supply chain processes and system architecture * Excellent **stakeholder management** and communication skills in **English** (German is a plus) * Strong analytical skills and
