Job description
Automation Specialist / Field Service Responsibilities:
\-Develop PLC and HMI applications to meet specifications
\-Plan and organize automation related projects
\-Develop electrical schematics and layouts in AutoCAD Electrical
\-Travel to and troubleshoot issues with existing installations
\-Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade legacy code
Requirements:
\-2 or more years of experience in automation and controls environment
Skills and Qualifications:
\-Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
\-Solid verbal and written communication skills
\-Hands on experience with electrical systems
\-Familiarity with PLC and HMI programming logic
\-Must have a TWIC card or ability to attain one
\-Must be willing to and have the ability to travel out of state
