Summary of Role:
AdCellerant is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to fulfill a vital role supporting our daily IT operations and People Operations functions. This position requires a strong on\-site presence at our Denver office, including 4 days in\-office and 1 day remote per week to provide hands\-on support.
This position is critical to maintaining business continuity, ensuring that internal technical systems run seamlessly and people operations processes are executed flawlessly. Reporting to the Security \& Compliance Manager, you will manage first\-tier technical support, hardware/software deployment, and user access groups. You will also partner with the People Operations team to anchor employee onboarding, documentation, and workplace logistics including in office operations.
Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring that every employee has the working hardware, software access, and operational backing they need to succeed
