Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in the comfort of their own homes. **Responsibilities** * Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. * Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities. * Observe and report patient progress and responses to treatment, and communicate changes to the supervising PT. * Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and the safe use of assistive devices. * Document patient care accurately and efficiently in compliance with agency and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with the broader care team to deliver comprehensive, coordinated patient care. **Qualifications** * Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license, and graduation from a CAPTE\-accredited PTA program (associate degree). * Current CPR certification. * Valid Ohio driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to patient homes. * Prior experience in home health or geriatric care preferred. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards. * Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently in the field.
