This role will ensure that Render’s solutions are intuitive, efficient, elegantly designed, and delivers measurable impact for customers building and managing large-scale network deployments. To be successful, the candidate must be highly motivated to become an expert on all of the Render technology stack, learning from internal resources and customers in order to act as the primary voice of design and experience across the company.&nbsp;</span></div> <div style="color: rgb(35, 111, 161);"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering world class customer experiences (CX) with adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. Because Render focuses on the use of geospatial technology in utility infrastructure workflows, this role must have deep experience delivering software solutions with a map-based spatial user interface on the desktop and in the field.&nbsp;</span></p> <span style="color: #000000;">This role is highly customer-facing which includes continuous user research to gather insights into customer needs, behaviors, and pain points through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. It is also a highly collaborative role, working closely with cross-functional teams at Render including product management, customer delivery, and pre-sales to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience. Across these responsibilities, the ideal allocation of time in this role is likely to be 50% of time researching and designing strategic user experiences across the combined platform, 30% of time on customer research and market research to build a competitive and seamless Render user experience, including component library, site map streamlining, and design architecture, etc., and 20% as the company resource for quick input or low fidelity wireframes for product enhancements.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></div> </div>
