Senior Enterprise Application Developer

<p><b>About the Role</b><br><br>The Senior Enterprise Application Developer is a senior technical leader within the Enterprise Collaboration Applications team, responsible for architecting, automating, and evolving critical enterprise platforms used across the organization.<br><br>This role moves beyond traditional application administration. It focuses on building scalable, secure, and well-governed platforms through automation, configuration-as-code, and system integrations. This role enables a shift-left operating model by designing guardrails, self-service capabilities, and delegated administration frameworks that empower business stakeholders while maintaining centralized governance and compliance.<br><br>You will serve as the technical authority for assigned platforms, driving architecture decisions, automation strategy, and long-term platform roadmaps to ensure operational excellence and business alignment.<br><br><b>What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points</b><br><br>---- What the Candidate Will Do ----<br><br>01. Serve as the technical owner and platform authority for enterprise collaboration applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc.)<br>02. Architect and develop Python-based automation for provisioning, governance, reporting, integrations, and lifecycle management<br>03. Implement and maintain configuration-as-code and policy-as-code frameworks for application settings and controls<br>04. Design scalable guardrails that enable delegated or federated administration while preserving enterprise governance<br>05. Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven workflows<br>06. Define and enforce enterprise standards, security controls, and operational best practices for collaboration platforms<br>07. Own application roadmaps, feature evaluations, usage analytics, capacity planning, and lifecycle strategy<br>08.
