MUST BE ABLE TO SALE TOBBACO AND ALCOHOL PRODUCTS. **Responsibilities** * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in\-person. * Assist customers with product selection and provide information about features and benefits. * Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, stock levels, and store policies to effectively assist customers. * Upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company standards. * Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction. **Skills** * Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers. * Ability to supervise and mentor team members in a retail environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proven customer service experience with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. * Familiarity with stock management and retail math for inventory control. * Experience with POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing. * Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
