We are seeking a creative, energetic, and experienced **Lead Dance Teacher** who is passionate about introducing children ages **2–5** to the joy of movement, rhythm, music, and creative expression through developmentally appropriate dance instruction. This role also serves as the lead choreographer for our school performances, showcases, and special events throughout the year. Position Summary The Lead Dance Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging dance and movement experiences that develop coordination, confidence, creativity, rhythm, balance, and gross motor skills for preschool children ages **2–5**. This role includes classroom instruction, curriculum planning, child assessment, family communication, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment. In addition, the Lead Dance Teacher will **design, choreograph, teach, and coordinate dance performances for school programs, seasonal productions, graduation ceremonies, and other special events**, helping create memorable experiences for children and families.
