**Description** Job Description POSITION: Bilingual Teacher REPORTS TO: Principal POSITION TYPE: 10\-month START DATE: 26\-27 School Year COMPENSATION: Starting at $64,000 annually In a TEACHER INCENTIVE ALOTTMENT ELIGIBLE COURSE: TIA teachers can earn up to $102,800\. Teachers in eligible courses can earn up to an additional $32,000 a year if designated under TIA based on their performance on our Instructional Excellence Rubric and student growth for 5 years if they remain in the classroom.
