<p></p><p><span><strong>Haeger& Carlsson executive Search and Interim is supporting the Swedish biotech and AI company Mavatar AB, to find their new Senior Commercial Leader, who will play a key role in the company’s commercial growth journey.</strong></span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>About the company<br></strong>Mavatar is a Swedish biotech and AI company focused on precision medicine. The company develops digital disease models using AI, bioinformatics and molecular data to advance the understanding of diseases and enable more personalised treatments.</span></p><p><span>At the core of Mavatar’s technology is its proprietary DINA (Deep Integrated Network Analysis) framework, which analyses biological data directly to generate insights beyond traditional text-based methods.</span></p><p><span>Mavatar commercialises its technology through:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Mavatar Discovery – a research platform for pharma, biotech and academia</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mavatar Precision – a clinical platform for digital patient simulations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mavatar Collabs – project-based collaborations with pharma and life science organisations</span></p></li></ul><p><span>With a recently launched platform and strong market interest, Mavatar is now entering a phase of commercial expansion.<br><br></span></p><p><span><strong>The role<br></strong>This is a hands-on, high-impact business development role, with a clear focus on building and closing collaboration agreements within pharma and biotech.</span></p><p><span>You will take ownership of the full commercial process – from initial dialogue to signed agreement – engaging directly with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, R&D Directors and board members.</span></p><p><span>The role requires a unique combination of scientific understanding and commercial capability, with the ability to operate credibly in discussions related to drug development while driving negotiations forward.</span></p><p><span>This is not a traditional management role.
