Your Impact:
Within the Retail team, the Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets and promoting Dior’s brand image.
This role is crucial in building strong client relationships, driving sell\-out performance, and ensuring Dior’s standards of luxury service are consistently met.
The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Retail teams, Counter Managers, Training, Marketing, and Retail Partners.
### **Job responsibilities**
Day\-to\-Day Missions
Selling Dior (50%)
* Execute in\-store and remote sales activations, acting as a personal shopper
* Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony throughout the entire client journey
* Initiate contact with clients, welcome them, and proactively engage (traffic stopping)
* Identify and understand client needs to recommend tailored solutions
* Demonstrate products and deliver services with excellence
* Propose complementary products and develop cross\-selling
* Communicate passionately about the brand and product universe
Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs

Client Experience \& Management (25%)
* Build long\-term relationships with clients in\-store and remotely
* Recruit new client
