**Job title –** Capital \& Property Finance Analyst – Amsterdam
**Location –** Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

**The team**
You will be part of the Finance function, working closely with the Real Estate \& Facilities Management (REFM) organisation and collaborating with central and local finance teams across Europe. The role reports to the Senior Director – Financial Planning \& Analysis, with a strong working relationship with the Senior Finance Manager – CapEx \& Cash Management.
The team operates in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering high\-quality financial insights to support investment decisions and operational performance. You will work alongside specialists in real estate, construction, procurement, and finance, contributing to a diverse and highly skilled network.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of stakeholders including senior leadership and external partners such as landlords, advisors, and auditors, providing a dynamic and commercially focused environment.
**What we’re looking for**
* Experience in financial analysis, ideally within real estate, construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment.
* Strong financial modelling skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
