Web Developer/Programmer

If you thrive in a fast\-paced environment and are passionate about creating impactful digital experiences, this position is perfect for you! **Responsibilities** * Analyze business and production requirements to design and implement scalable software and workflow solutions. * Collaborate with prepress, sales, and customer service teams to develop **custom automated workflows** for complex and variable print jobs. * Design, build, and maintain **Enfocus Switch workflows**, including scripting, job routing, file validation, and system integrations. * Prepare and optimize artwork and data for **variable data printing (VDP)** and personalized production. * Develop and maintain **custom web portals and web\-to\-print solutions (e.g., Infigo storefronts)** for customer use. * Integrate web\-to\-print systems with internal platforms (MIS, ERP, file systems) using APIs, scripting, and data mapping. * Communicate directly with customers via email, phone, and video to gather technical requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues professionally. * Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual touchpoints. * Recommend and implement software enhancements, upgrades, and automation opportunities. * Perform ongoing system maintenance, documentation, and support for production workflows. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** for web development and UI customization. * Experience with **Enfocus Switch** (workf
