We are seeking a Senior WordPress Developer with deep experience in modern WordPress development, accessibility standards, and performance optimization. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving custom themes and plugins with a strong emphasis on WCAG 2\.2 accessibility compliance. **Responsibilities** This role requires both front\-end and back\-end WordPress expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead technical direction in a collaborative, cross\-functional team environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior web developers, supporting and guiding other team members, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices across projects. This role provides technical leadership and mentorship but does not include direct personnel management responsibilities.
