For more information about our company, access Dexter's web site at www.dextergroup.com. **About the Role** The Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory accuracy. This hands\-on leadership role helps drive productivity, maintain safety standards, and support team performance in a fast\-paced distribution environment. **What You’ll Do** * Lead and support warehouse associates during assigned shifts * Prioritize and assign tasks including picking, packing, loading, receiving, and replenishment * Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time * Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment * Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts * Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures * Communicate shift updates and collaborate with supervisors **What We’re Looking For** * 2\+ years of warehouse or distribution experience * Prior lead or senior associate experience preferred * Familiarity with WMS and RF scanners * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment **Why Work at Dexter** * A team\-oriented culture where your leadership makes an impact * Opportunities for growth and advance
