Night Warehouse Lead

**Overview:** Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately\-owned produce distributors in Florida, Texas, and Georgia. With deliveries 365\-days a year, 7\-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. **Job Summary:** Mr. Greens seeks a highly motivated and dedicated Night Lead Selector. In this role, the lead will play a vital role in our San Antonio Warehouse. The position is responsible for leading the night selector team as well as selecting full case grocery, frozen and/or perishable products from warehouse picking slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. Selected items are placed on a pallet, packages are wrapped in plastic, transported to the shipping dock (and, in some cases), loaded onto a truck for delivery to customers. All employees are expected to make safety their top priority. **Responsibilities:** * Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion. * Lead night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service. * Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations. * Support Night Manager * Responsible for associate development through training on policy \& procedures. Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directs workforce to insure efficient workflow. * Perform general physical activities load, unload, sort and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment. * Perform tasks in multi\-temperature environments. * Select merchandise for shipment and stack on pallet neatly by using a pallet jack or forklift. * Use a pick sheet to find individual items inside the warehouse. * Breakdown and restack merchandise from pallets. * Verify quantity of the products. * E
