We oversee recommendation distribution and user growth optimization across all ByteDance apps, including Jianying, CapCut, and Hypic, to enhance content distribution efficiency and drive user growth. **Responsibilities:** * Globally optimize the core recommendation algorithms and strategies for video creation tools, including CapCut and Hypic. * Enhance user growth efficiency by optimizing the distribution of content created with CapCut, Hypic, and other similar tools. * Improve user experiences during creation by leveraging a deep understanding of user behavior and state\-of\-the\-art machine learning technologies. Qualifications **Minimum Qualifications:** * Strong coding skills with a solid foundation in data structure and algorithms. * Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning. * Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, with passion for tackling challenging problems. * Familiarity with one or more areas in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or data mining.
