Performs clinical pharmacy services to assigned clinic patients. The pharmacist acts as an integral member of Fred Hutch patient care services, providing pharmacotherapeutic recommendations to providers, nursing, research staff, and other members of the health care team to optimize patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to direct patient care, drug dispensing, research \& education, and practice management as it pertains to the care of the assigned patient population.
