Project Manager – Painting & Cabinet Refinishing

**Job Overview** H\&S Painting \& Refinishing is seeking a reliable **Project Manager** to oversee daily painting and cabinet refinishing projects. This role focuses on supervising crew members, ensuring materials are available, managing timelines, and confirming projects are completed to company quality standards. **Duties** * Oversee and manage painting and cabinet refinishing crew members * Ensure projects are completed on time and according to scope * Confirm all materials, tools, and supplies are on\-site before work begins * Coordinate daily job schedules and crew assignments * Monitor job progress and workmanship quality * Conduct site walkthroughs and final inspections * Communicate job updates between crews, office, and clients * Address on\-site issues and resolve problems efficiently * Maintain job notes, photos, and updates in company systems **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year of experience** managing projects or supervising crews (painting or construction preferred) * Experience overseeing multiple crew members * Knowledge of interior painting, exterior painting, and/or cabinet refinishing workflows * Strong organizational and time\-management skills * Ability to communicate clearly and lead a team * Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites **Qualifications** This role provides a dynamic environment for professionals committed to delivering high\-quality craftsmanship while managing complex projects efficiently.
