A significant portion of t his role will be focused on supporting the organization’s well\-being portfolio, which will require application of advanced project management methodologies, including ongoing strategic planning, design and development of portfolio management , and setting priorities and establishing and executing plans for multiple , concurrent projects under a portfolio’s umbrella . You will be responsible for managing deliverables across a multi\- disciplinary team of individuals . A propensity to learn and adapt to the needs and fast pace of the project and work environment is expected .
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
Work with well\-being leadership a nd project team s to develop strategic priorities . Work in collaboration to build and manage a system to translate strategies into action, establish goals and objectives , prioritize key objectives , and support the team in achieving success. Strategize , recommend , and build portfolio infrastructure necessary to execute selected projects \& processes.
Project Management
Accountable for simultaneously managing a portfolio of multiple, complex projects across project types (e.g., design, innovation, implementation) and stakeholders (patients, clinicians, researchers) . Responsible for balancing both port
