**Overview**
Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your project management expertise and technical leadership in a highly visible, customer\-facing role? Join our team and play a critical part in delivering complex laboratory projects that directly support customer success.
In this role, you will lead or support the end\-to\-end delivery of large, integrated laboratory service projects. This is a highly hands\-on, field\-based position requiring active engagement at customer laboratory sites across New England and the Mid\-Atlantic States, as well as across North America. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Success in this role comes from being deeply engaged in on\-site execution, coordinating real\-time project activities, and adapting quickly in fast\-paced operational environments where priorities shift with field conditions and customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from early solution development through execution and closeout, supporting the delivery of complex, multi\-vendor laboratory projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting solution design, scope development, and proposal activities
* Developing and maintaining project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources)
* Coordinating with customers and stakeholders to align expectations and execution
* Leading on\-site project execution, including vendor coordination and equipment\-related activitie
* Monitoring progress, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining momentum across workstreams
* Delivering CrossLab solutions—including laboratory relocations, consulting, and 3D lab design—while leading meetings, driving progress, maintaining documentation, and building strong relationships across customers, internal teams, and third\-party vendors
