Outside Sales Representative

**Lucky Little Wedding Chapel** is one of Las Vegas's most beloved wedding destinations. We're looking for a charismatic, outgoing, and sales\-driven promoter to connect with couples who have just received their marriage license at the Marriage Bureau, just a 5\-minute walk from our chapel. This is a commission\-only, independent contractor (1099\) position. You set your own hours and pace. The more couples you bring in, the more you earn, and we have incentives in place to reward strong performers. Your earning potential is directly in your hands. **What You'll Do:** * Greet and engage couples exiting the Marriage Bureau after obtaining their marriage license * Introduce them to Lucky Little Chapel and walk them the short distance to our venue * Share package options and answer questions along the way * Introduce couples to our coordinators upon arrival Our 1099 promotion staff and our Director of Operations will train you on proven sales and guest service techniques. **Job Requirements:** * Outgoing, warm, and great with people — especially couples in a celebratory moment! * Comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations naturally * Sales\-oriented and motivated by performance\-based earning * Reliable, professional, and self\-directed * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions * Must provide proof of independent contractor status (EIN, DBA, or other equivalent) * Must provide a current W\-9 and certificate of liability insurance prior to start date **Compensation:** You earn 35% of the ceremony package price for every completed booking you refer. Commission is earned per successful referral and payment is remitted weekly. Performance incentives are available for promoters who consistently achieve high numbers. **Available Opportunity Window:** 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week Within that window, you choose when you work.
