Finance/Budget Manager

We are committed to excellence, providing unparalleled expertise, and maintaining a world\-class standard in service. **The Opportunity**: The Finance/Budget Manager delivers financial reports and analysis to support UCF Facilities and Business Operations strategic goals. This role provides exceptional customer service by providing leadership with data\-based actionable insights. It also fosters a culture of continuous improvement by developing a team of analysts and enhancing business processes. **Responsibilities:** Financial Operations * Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the UCF IT budget (\~$90M\+), providing insights to support decision\-making. * Manage daily budget and accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Leadership \& Strategy * Partner with the CIO and UCF IT leadership to deliver data\-driven analysis and financial recommendations aligned with their priorities. * Serve as a leader to a team of analysts, including hiring, coaching, developing, and recognizing staff. Operational Excellence * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance business processes. * Promote a strong customer service mindset through responsive, solution\-oriented support, and expertise. **Minimum Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree and 6\+ years of relevant experience or combination of relevant comparable education and experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112\.219(6\). **Preferred Qualifications**: * Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * 6\+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis in direct support of senior or executive\-level leadership. * 4\+ years of
