We are an authentic Japanese curry restaurant looking for applicant to learn the ways to become a curry cook.
Our current team is a diverse mix of Japanese plus other cultures and ages. We believe in team work and learning from everyone to improve ourselves individually and professionally. Our ideal candidate would have some food experience in a kitchen environment and can grow in the culinary skills to be more efficient and mindful team member with sense of urgency.
To start you will need to learn to read tickets and work the line. We have different learning levels which take time and training, but if you are willing to learn and commit we are willing to train you to become a curry chef to know it all from cutting meats to making sauces.
