Devops IAM Engineer

A leading financial services organisation is strengthening its Identity \& Access Management capability and is looking for a **Senior DevOps / IAM Engineer** with deep **One Identity Manager** expertise. This is **not** a standard DevOps role. You’ll combine engineering depth with control automation in a complex, highly regulated environment – remediating, improving, and automating IGA services so they become more effective, scalable, and audit\-ready. **What you’ll do** * Design and implement structural improvements in One Identity Manager that remediate deficiencies and strengthen IAM control effectiveness * Automate manual service and control activities to boost efficiency, consistency, and traceability * Translate control findings, operational issues, and technical risks into sustainable, backlog\-ready engineering solutions * Improve evidencing, monitoring, and technical substantiation across in\-scope IAM services * Build reusable, scalable engineering patterns within the One Identity landscape **What you bring** * Academic working/thinking level (Bachelor or Master in a relevant field) * Extensive experience as a DevOps, Software, or IAM Engineer in a complex IT environment * Strong hands\-on **One Identity Manager** and IGA experience * Proficiency in **SQL / SQL Server**, APIs/web services, scripting \& automation, job services, data mapping, and system integrations * Solid grasp of IAM concepts: provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, reconciliation, Segregation of Duties, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, API orchestration * Proven track record in **remediating and improving existing IAM services** (not just greenfield builds) * Experience automating control, evidencing, or monitoring processes * Strong analytical and root\-cause problem\-solving skills * Comfortable in a regulated environment with high expectations on traceability and operational control **Additional details:** Location: Utrecht Contract: With Levy Professionals’s payroll
