<p><strong>Company Name:</strong> Hellbender Inc.<br><strong>Job Title: </strong>Technical Project Manager<br><strong>Department:</strong> Operations<br><strong>Report to:</strong> VP of Operations</p> <p style="text-align: left;"><br><strong>Who we are:</strong></p> <p>Hellbender Inc. is a Pennsylvania Benefit Corporation who partners with innovators to mature their Artificial Intelligence enabled computing sensors and produce their solutions onshore at prototype to high volumes.</p> <p>Hellbender is intentionally forming an inclusive work environment and is committed to uplifting the historically marginalized identities including veterans, women, trans and non-white races in our community and industry.</p> <p><br><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>As a Technical Project Manager at Hellbender, you will be responsible for planning and&nbsp;executing multiple concurrent projects and for providing the technical guidance needed to&nbsp;transition projects from conception, through design, and into production. You will be the main&nbsp;customer facing contact and directly responsible for the budget, performance, and schedule of&nbsp;assigned projects. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, as well as the ability&nbsp;to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid&nbsp;background in electromechanical systems and experience leading technical teams through&nbsp;complex engineering projects. United States veteran and diverse candidates are encouraged to&nbsp;apply at any experience level.</p> <p><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish trust and build effective relationships with customers, executives, engineering&nbsp;and production teams, and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Manage and ensure successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of engineering solutions for&nbsp;multiple concurrent projects</li> <li>Organize project teams by assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and&nbsp;determining resource requirements</li> <li>Identify risks to the contracted scope and develop mitigation plans</li> <li>Interface with all departments including design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly,&nbsp;and testing to ensure project alignment</li> <li>Support business development and new work proposals, and generate additional scopes&nbsp;of work for current projects as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Materials Science, Robotics, or equivalent&nbsp;education</li> <li>Experience leading technology based products through the various developmental&nbsp;phases including requirements definition, design, testing, field trials, and production</li> <li>Experience balancing resources across multiple projects, as well as tracking scope,&nbsp;schedule, and budget</li> <li>Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, software configuration tools, and project&nbsp;management systems</li> <li>Experience leading cross-functional teams of varying skills and experience</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Experience working with software, firmware, mechanical, and/ or electrical engineering&nbsp;teams as a developer preferred</li> <li>2 - 5 + years Product Management experience</li> <li>Previous experience in a start-up environment, working on complex software and<br>hardware projects with multiple stakeholders is highly preferred</li> <li>Prior experience transitioning projects into production is highly preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>This will be a salaried, exempt position. Compensation to be discussed relative to experience&nbsp;and abilities.
