Job description
In this role, you will lead, develop and deliver the Global Growth Plan with clear strategic direction that creates demand, engagement, and loyalty while strengthening IKEA’s brand, affordability, and accessibility. The role integrates end to end commercial activation with omni channel readiness, ensuring that insights, planning, and execution come together to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Orchestrating the Commercial Calendar, uniting stakeholders across the value chain and fostering an inclusive culture that enables high-quality commercial performance and long-term competitiveness.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Lead and Integrate the Global Growth Plan & Commercial Calendar
Drive the development, integration, and execution of the Global Growth Plan and Commercial Calendar to ensure strong planning and alignment across markets and channels. Bring together insights, business priorities, and customer needs into a coherent strategic agenda that fuels demand, engagement, and loyalty. Secure readiness across the value chain so commercial activation lands with quality, speed, and impact.
• Drive End to End Commercial Activation Across All Channels
Connect insights, planning, and execution to deliver high quality commercial activation that strengthens brand, affordability, and accessibility perceptions. Shape and lead a holistic omni-channel activation approach from content and media to in-store and digital experiences that drives sustainable, profitable growth. Enable markets with tools, guidance, and standards to ensure consistency, relevance, and exceptional customer experience.
• Create and Orchestrate Omni-Channel Demand & Customer Engagement
Develop strategies and activities that elevate IKEA’s relevance and create demand across the full customer journey.
