Entry Level Plumbing Sales

**Overview** Are you: A plumber looking to make the jump into sales? A recent graduate looking to break into home services sales? A sales person in another industry looking for a change? We want to talk to you! This individual, known internally as Elite Plumbing Inspectors, will be responsible for diagnosing any issues within a customers home, offering a variety of options and educating the consumer, closing the sale, and managing the project through completion. EPIs perform tank flushes on their visit and are expected to provided exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities** * Perform whole home plumbing inspections and document any deficiencies, failures, possible concerns or opportunities for improvement. * Present findings to the home owner and discuss options for repair including root cause solutions. * Document thouroughly with pictures and invoice summaries. * Input material and job details for technicians and installers * Provide world class customer service **Skills** * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections. * Previous plumbing experience, working knowledge of plumbing, or a willingness to learning basic plumbing is required. * Prior experience with in home sales is highly preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability make customers happy while closing deals Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Do you have a valid drivers license?
