Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of applications that enable users to combine metadata and video footage across large-scale datasets. In this role, you will develop and deliver scalable, high-quality software, take ownership of technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions and engineering practices. You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure every solution meets business goals while delivering real value to users. As a senior member of the team, you will help raise the technical bar through knowledge sharing, code reviews, mentoring, and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to influence how we build software while remaining hands-on and solving complex technical challenges. Required Skills and Experience: · 5+ years of experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Engineer · Advanced proficiency in Golang and Python, with a proven track record of building production-grade services · Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or similar NoSQL and search technologies · Proficiency in Vue.js or a comparable frontend framework for building user interfaces · Experience implementing automated testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and CI pipelines · Strong understanding of distributed system design and service
