This paid position offers an engaging environment where every day presents new opportunities to develop your skills and make a tangible impact. **Responsibilities** * Maintain processes for transporting and transferring inventory from warehouse locations. * Maintain best practices for receiving inventory. * Maintain best practices for a safe, clean and organized warehouse. * Identify \& make recommendations on stock items. * Have a clear understanding of timelines for projects. * Ship and receive products. * Pull equipment and stage for jobs. * Update Pick Lists in Quickbooks. * Timely notify Service Department and Project Managers of product deliveries. * Verify EDF usage and update Quickbooks accurately. * Deliver EDF's weekly to Progress Billing. * Deliver Packing Slips to Accounts Payable. * Manage the correspondence, receipt and shipping of RMA items. * Assist technicians on loading vehicles for jobs. * Participate in conducting physical inventory counts. * Conduct and verify routine inventory counts. * Monitor Slack channels to locate changes in needed items and timelines. * Promptly respond to tagged posts in slack. * Organize and relocate inventory as needed based on company defined best practices. * Maintain stock levels as needed, communicate to the manager when to reorder. * Maintain clean and safe warehouse practices on a daily basis. * Make supply runs as needed. * Deliver product/supplies to the job site as needed. * Assist office staff in main
