The Compliance Administrator and Office Manager keeps brokerage operations smooth by owning compliance workflows, supporting agents, running brokerage events, and maintaining a productive office. Familiarity with Texas real estate contracts and brokerage processes is strongly preferred. **Key Responsibilities** *1\. Compliance \+ Contract Review* * Review executed contracts for accuracy and compliance with TREC, MLS, and brokerage standards * Produce CDAs using Paperless Pipeline * Coordinate with title companies, accounting, and agents to manage payments * Maintain documentation accuracy and ensure all required forms are uploaded, complete, and organized * Flag issues proactively and communicate clearly with agents on compliance needs *2\. Office Management* * Oversee daily office operations to keep a clean, functional, professional workspace * Manage inventory: merch store, office and kitchen supplies, signage, lockboxes, marketing materials, model home inventory, and equipment * Serve as on\-site point of contact for vendors, mail, deliveries, window advertisements, visitors, and building management * Coor
