**JOB GOAL**
To provide support to the District through the Human Resources Department. Primary goals and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, employee recruitment, employee retention, benefits, employee certification, employee onboarding, and maintaining social media and other marketing efforts within the HR Department.
**QUALIFICATIONS**+ Current Arizona Elementary or Secondary Certificate, School Administrator Certificate, or other equivalent experience in Human Resources recruitment and retention practices in lieu of certification.
+ Successful experience maintaining social media platforms and social media marketing campaigns preferred
+ Demonstrated administrative skills and leadership ability
+ Demonstrated knowledge of technology skills
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize matters and multi\-task with multiple projects and competing priorities
+ Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate in oral and written form
+ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
**PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Assist in the hiring process of the best\-qualified personnel to include active recruitment, employee retention, and employee engagement.
+ Oversight of the Department's employee onboarding and orientation processes.
+ Maintain the Department's social media presence and social media campaigns related to employee recruitment and employee retention.
+ Maintain the Department's website pages and content in collaboration with the Public Relations Department.
+ Maintain and grow the District's and the Department's relationships and partnerships with community partners to develop a pipeline of qualified employment candidates (universities, colleges, community colleges, neighboring school districts
