This position will be leading our **Banner Estrella Medical Center \- Postpartum** team. The Nursing Associate Director provides leadership and operational oversight for nursing services, ensuring safe, high\-quality, and patient\-centered care. This role supports strategic initiatives, manages staffing and resource allocation, promotes compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters professional development within the nursing team. In this role you will collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to drive performance improvement, enhance patient outcomes, and maintain a positive work environment aligned with organizational values. This is a **Night** position and includes an on\-call rotation with the other Associate Directors. Attendance at meetings during the day are required and may mean a shift in schedule times.
