Pharmacist

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Pharmacist to work in a correctional facility located in Phoenix, AZ. The Pharmacist assesses appropriateness of and completeness of prescriptions and medication orders. Monitors drug therapy by evaluating patient medical history, clinically significant drug interactions, adverse reactions, therapeutic duplications, drug dosage, and compliance with prescription order. Suggestion of appropriate therapeutic interchanges. Evaluation, expansion, and daily management of medication formulary. Interdisciplinary collaboration with medical staff.
