Day to day, that looks like: * Opening new retail doors and growing the accounts already on the books * Walking the floor — sit\-downs with buyers, store managers, and staff to keep the brand top of mind * Leading product walkthroughs, demos, and education sessions in person * Building a territory game plan and working it: revenue targets, market share, follow\-up cadence * Keeping clean records of every account touch and surfacing the next opportunity * Partnering with leadership on launches and promo pushes * Showing up for the brand at trade events and industry gatherings **What Makes You a Fit** * A track record closing in outside sales, business development, or account management * Bonus points for backgrounds in regulated, relationship\-driven categories — think medical or pharma sales, beverage/alcohol distribution, tobacco, or consumer packaged goods * You communicate, present, and negotiate with ease * You earn trust fast and keep relationships for the long haul * Independent operator, entrepreneurial wiring, comfortable without a playbook handed to you * Organized and on top of your calendar * A valid license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to log miles across your territory **The Money** * Competitive base plus a real commission engine * You earn on everything you sell — no cap on
