Your job is to understand their situation, build trust, and help them choose the right solution for their child.</p><p>Over time, you will become a specialist in consultative sales: asking the right questions, communicating value clearly, handling objections, and closing deals in a way that feels both professional and helpful.</p><p></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bdc46322-7fff-a477-a30d-8b2d527c565b">What you will do:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Speak with French families over the phone (who are actively looking for support)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand the student’s situation and recommend a tailored tutoring solution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build trust quickly and communicate value clearly</span></p></li><li><p><span>Close deals and hit weekly targets – in a fast-paced environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with the team: share learnings, improve scripts, sharpen the playbook</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-bdc46322-7fff-a477-a30d-8b2d527c565b">No prior sales experience is needed.
