This role is responsible for troubleshooting issues, minimizing downtime, and partnering with vendors and contractors to complete repairs. You will work in a production environment requiring hands-on electrical, mechanical, and basic network troubleshooting.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations support on facility and site equipment</li><li>Execute electrical maintenance work, including routine repairs, small installations, and light construction</li><li>Safely measure voltage and current to diagnose and resolve electrical issues</li><li>Perform mechanical maintenance, including aligning bearings, shafts, and drives, and adjusting belt and chain tension</li><li>Support and follow preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment needs</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment-related computer and network issues, including ethernet connectivity, cabling, and I/O devices</li><li>Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to complete facility and equipment repairs</li><li>Promote a values-driven culture aligned with I2CARE (Integrity, Inclusion, Cust
