The Maintenance Technician provides repair and preventive maintenance for all on\-site buildings they’re responsible for, including lawn and grounds care. This role upholds company standards for budgets, maintenance, guidelines, and applicable laws — and communicates regularly and effectively with residents, staff, and all levels of management. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Management may modify, change, or add to these duties at any time without notice.* Respond to “on\-call” emergency maintenance requests and resident needs promptly and reliably. While on\-call, you’re free to pursue your own activities within 50 miles of your residence or work site (whichever is closer), or a distance directed by your supervisor. On\-call employees must not consume alcohol or take any drug or medication that would interfere with their ability to work or drive, and must personally wear and respond
