At Integer, our values are embedded in everything we do. **Customer** We focus on our customers’ success **Innovation** We create better solutions **Collaboration** We create success together **Inclusion** We always interact with others respectfully **Candor** We are open and honest with one another **Integrity** We do the right things and do things right ***This position is for the first shift, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM.*** **Job Summary**: The primary purpose of this job is to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment along with performing basic general facilities maintenance, service and repairs to equipment and machinery. ***We are looking for individuals with experience in production equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment, and mechanical and hydraulic presses.*** **Accountabilities and Responsibilities:** 1\. •Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. 2\. Performs monthly preventive maintenance and inspections on all major facility equipment within one or more facilities. 3\. Apply skills, experience and general knowledge to a wide range of complex tasks to troubleshoot (including Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical issues with production operations equipment), adjust, install, repair, dissemble, replace, and reassemble and maintain equipment or facilities. 4\. Works with outside contractors when necessary which may include procuring parts and services. 5\. Performs all general maintenance functions.
