Cyber Remediation Consultant Mobile Security

**NOTE : This job requires traveling to 37 locations within 5 borough of NYC on need basis.** **Consultant Qualifications** **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience working in IT Technical Support in an enterprise environment. * Minimum 1 year experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating system * Minimum 1 year experience supporting mobile devices running Android or Apple iOS operating systems. * Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Android and iOS devices. * Experience using ticketing systems for task assignment and resolution **Education and Skills:** * Associate’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity engineering, information systems or related discipline. * Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Android and Apple iOS operating systems * Experience installing operating system and security software on multiple computers, smartphones and other equipment. * Understand and follow broad and complex instructions in verbal and written form. * Comprehend technical language and to confer, analyze and communicate in an objective, lucid manner. * Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to needed changes; * Preferred certifications: A\+ from CompTIA
